About the Position

Harris Health is seeking a Supervisor Pharmacist to provide leadership and support for the day-to-day operations of the inpatient pharmacy.

In this role, you will help build and maintain a highly capable pharmacy team through hiring, training, staff development, and scheduling. You will oversee pharmacy operations and processes to support excellent patient care, medication safety, regulatory compliance, and efficient service delivery.

The Supervisor Pharmacist also plays an important role in maintaining fiscal responsibility by supporting appropriate revenue generation and expense management. This position is ideal for an experienced pharmacist who combines clinical pharmacy expertise with strong leadership, operational, and analytical skills.

Requirements

• Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD

• Licensure and Certification

  • Registered Pharmacist with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy

• Experience

  • 2 years of total pharmacy experience preferred

• Management Experience

  • 1–2 years of management experience preferred
