Job Summary – Correctional Health
The Supply Chain Tech I performs a variety of activities to ensure an efficient flow of supply chain functions. Responsibilities include ordering and stocking patient medical supplies, receiving and delivering medical equipment, processing packages and mail, and operating in one of the following areas: Central Supply, Receiving, or Mailroom. The role supports coordination and management of all departmental supply chain activities and advances the mission, vision, and values of Correctional Health.

Minimum Qualifications

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED

Work Experience:

• 0–2 years of experience in Purchasing or Supply Chain Management preferred

Special Requirements / Skills:

• Communication: Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contact), Writing / Composing

• Proficiencies: PeopleSoft, Pyxis, P.C., MS Word

• Equipment Operated: Pallet Jacks and/or Forklift

Work Schedule:

• Weekends, Holidays
