About the Position:
Harris Health System is seeking a dedicated Throughput Nurse Coordinator to join the team at LBJ Hospital. In this vital role, you will manage and coordinate nursing staff, develop and implement policies and procedures, and oversee human, financial, and material resources. As a registered professional nurse, you will contribute to ensuring efficient patient flow and high-quality care delivery across the hospital.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate nursing staff and manage the day-to-day operations of the assigned area or program.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize patient throughput and care delivery.
- Oversee the management of human, financial, and material resources.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient care quality and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Education: Current Texas RN license.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the area of specialty.
- Management Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Skills: Above-average verbal communication and report writing; bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
- Work Schedule: Flexible to meet hospital needs.
