About the Position
Harris Health System is seeking a Supply Chain Tech I to support Correctional Health operations. In this role, you will perform a variety of essential supply chain functions to ensure efficient operations, including ordering and stocking medical supplies, receiving and delivering equipment, and processing packages and mail.
You will be fully trained to work in key operational areas such as Central Supply, Receiving, or Mailroom, and will assist in coordinating and managing supply chain activities within the department. This role plays a critical part in supporting patient care by ensuring timely availability of medical supplies and equipment while aligning with the mission and values of Correctional Health.

Requirements
Education:
High School Diploma or GED
Experience:
0–2 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management preferred
Communication Skills:
Above Average Verbal (heavy public contact)
Writing/Composing skills
Technical Skills:
Experience with PeopleSoft, Pyxis, and PC applications
Proficiency in MS Word
Equipment Knowledge:
Ability to operate pallet jacks and/or forklifts
Work Schedule:
Must be available for weekends and holidays
