Position: Environmental Service (EVS) Supervisor - LBJ Hospital - Evenings

Location: LBJ Hospital
Schedule: Evenings

About the Role: Assist the Shift Manager in the management of all activities of the Environmental Services department.  Willing to work with the employees by engaging in cleaning and/or maintaining all areas of Harris Health System facilities.  Must be flexible and able to handle multiple tasks and assignments.  Will oversee, train, and take responsibility for assigned area(s).  Direct report to Shift Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the environmental services team during the day shift.
  • Coordinate cleaning schedules and ensure all areas meet cleanliness and sanitation standards.
  • Provide training and support to staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Work Experience: Five (5) years related field experience.
  • Management Experience: Two (2) years project/team lead experience.
